We arelooking for a Brand Designer who can help shape how Infeniti looks, feels, and communicates visually.
You'll work across brand identity, digital experiences, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other creative touchpoints to build a visual language that feels consistent, distinctive, and relevant to the kind of company we're building.
This role goes beyond creating individual graphics. You'll help think about how the brand should be perceived, how that perception translates visually, and how to maintain consistency as Infeniti grows.
What You'll Do
- Develop and evolve Infeniti's visual identity across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Create brand assets, visual concepts, campaign creative, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Translate brand strategy and positioning into visual concepts and design systems.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and reusable design assets.
- Establish strong visual direction across typography, color, imagery, layout, illustration, motion, and other brand elements.
- Create visual concepts for campaigns, product launches, announcements, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts.
- Ensure consistency across Infeniti's website, social media, presentations, proposals, and other customer-facing materials.
- Explore new visual directions and creative approaches that can help Infeniti stand apart from typical software companies.
- Create and adapt brand assets for different formats, platforms, and audiences.
- Review existing brand materials and identify opportunities to improve consistency and quality.
- Research design, branding, technology, and cultural trends to keep the brand visually relevant.
- Work with external designers, photographers, motion designers, or other creative partners when required.
- Present creative concepts and explain the thinking behind design decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and visual design work.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and art direction.
- Experience creating and working with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and relevant Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Ability to develop a visual concept from an initial idea through to final execution.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Good understanding of digital design and social media formats.
- Ability to adapt a brand across different mediums without losing its core identity.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with other teams.
- Curiosity about technology, software, business, culture, and contemporary design.
How You'll Think About the Brand
We don't want a brand that simply looks polished.
We want a brand that has a point of view.
You should be able to look at a piece of creative and ask:
Does this feel like Infeniti?
Does it communicate what we stand for?
Would someone recognize it without seeing the logo?
You'll help build a visual identity that feels modern and confident without falling into the typical visual language of software agencies.
