At Infeniti, SEO is about more than ranking for keywords. It's about understanding what people are searching for, creating useful content around those searches, and building a strong organic growth engine for the business.
As an SEO Specialist, you will take ownership of Infeniti's SEO efforts across keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content planning, competitor analysis, and performance tracking. You'll work closely with the content and business teams to identify opportunities that can increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, and business inquiries.
What You'll Do
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant, high-intent, and commercially valuable search opportunities.
- Build and maintain keyword maps and content plans for different website pages and topics.
- Perform on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structures, image optimization, and content optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting crawling, indexing, website performance, and search visibility.
- Develop SEO strategies for service pages, landing pages, blog content, case studies, and other website assets.
- Analyze competitors to identify keyword gaps, content opportunities, backlink opportunities, and areas where Infeniti can differentiate.
- Work with writers and content strategists to turn keyword research into useful, search-focused content.
- Optimize existing content based on search performance and changing search intent.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, and other relevant SEO metrics.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO platforms.
- Identify opportunities for internal linking, content clusters, long-tail keywords, and topical authority.
- Research search intent and ensure content matches what users are actually looking for.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and changes in SEO best practices.
- Track SEO performance and prepare regular reports highlighting progress, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Continuously test, analyze, and improve SEO strategies based on performance data.
What We're Looking For
- 1.5+ years of experience in SEO or a related digital marketing role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, on-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Experience using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Keyword Planner, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of website structure, HTML basics, metadata, canonical tags, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, and indexing.
- Strong understanding of internal linking and content optimization.
- Ability to identify valuable keywords beyond high-volume search terms, including long-tail and low-competition opportunities.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Good understanding of content marketing and how SEO integrates with broader digital marketing.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently research, identify opportunities, execute improvements, and measure results.
- Willingness to stay updated with changes in search engines and modern SEO practices.
Ownership
You will take ownership of Infeniti's SEO growth rather than simply completing individual SEO tasks.
You'll be expected to identify opportunities, prioritize them, execute or coordinate the required work, measure the results, and continuously improve the strategy.
We value someone who can look at a website and ask:
