UI/UX Designer

Career Time Icon
On Site - Full time

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who cares about both how a product looks and how it works.

At Infeniti, you'll work on real web and mobile products, turning ideas, business requirements, and user problems into clear, usable, and polished digital experiences. You'll be involved throughout the design process, from understanding the problem and mapping user flows to creating wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, prototypes, and working closely with developers through implementation.

We're looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, but also someone who can think beyond individual screens. Good design isn't just about making an interface look good. It's about making the right information easy to understand, making complex workflows feel simple, and helping users accomplish what they came to do.

‍

What You'll Do

‍

  • Design user experiences and interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, SaaS products, and other digital products.
  • Understand business requirements, user needs, and product goals before jumping into visual design.
  • Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Translate complex requirements and workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Build polished interfaces with strong attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, color, and interaction.
  • Create interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate and validate design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain reusable components and design systems to keep products consistent and scalable.
  • Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile where required.
  • Work closely with developers throughout implementation and ensure the final product reflects the intended design.
  • Review implemented interfaces and identify visual, interaction, and usability issues.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability findings, product requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Present design decisions clearly to internal teams and clients when required.
  • Conduct competitor research and explore existing patterns and solutions when useful.
  • Keep up with modern UI/UX practices, interaction patterns, accessibility, and evolving digital product standards.

‍

What We're Looking For

‍

  • 1.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a similar role is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating real UI/UX work and your design process.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and usability.
  • Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of typography, spacing, color, grids, and layout.
  • Ability to design for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to turn vague requirements into clear design solutions.
  • Good understanding of responsive design and common web and mobile interface patterns.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions and explain the reasoning behind your work.
  • Comfortable working directly with developers and understanding the practical constraints of implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger user experience.
  • Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks and work independently when needed.

‍

What Matters to Us

‍

We care about designers who can explain why something should work a certain way, not just show us how it looks.

You should be comfortable asking questions when a requirement doesn't make sense, challenging a confusing workflow, spotting inconsistencies, and proposing a better solution.

You don't have to know everything. But you should be curious about the products you're designing and interested in understanding the people who use them.

‍

Your Design Process

‍

You may work across the entire design cycle:

Understand → Explore → Wireframe → Prototype → Design → Validate → Handoff → Refine

The exact process will vary from project to project. What matters is that you can move from a problem or requirement to a thoughtful design solution and stay involved until that solution is actually built.

‍

Portfolio

‍

A portfolio is an important part of the application.

We're interested in seeing how you think, not just a collection of polished screens. Where possible, your portfolio should show the problem, your approach, design decisions, iterations, and the final outcome.
