ArticAudit is an enterprise quality inspection software platform built by Infeniti to digitize garment quality audits that were previously managed entirely through paper-based processes. Designed for an operation handling approximately 500 audits every day, the platform brings defects, measurements, tolerances, audit workflows, verification, reporting, and analytics into one connected system. Built for 300+ auditors, 15+ units, and 50+ brands, ArticAudit replaced fragmented physical records with centralized, real-time quality data. The platform also integrates directly with existing OMS systems, eliminating repetitive data entry and creating a connected digital audit workflow from production floor to management.

Infeniti approached ArticAudit as a complete business process automation and custom enterprise software development initiative, redesigning the quality-audit workflow from the ground up. Because connectivity across factory floors was unreliable, we engineered the mobile application offline-first, allowing auditors to complete entire audits — including 50+ images and measurement data — without an internet connection and reliably synchronize everything later. We integrated existing OMS data, automated tolerance calculations, pass/fail logic, DHU metrics, and generated complete PDF reports in under 30 seconds. Alongside the mobile application, Infeniti engineered the enterprise web platform, analytics infrastructure, executive dashboards, and AI-powered analysis for trends, predictions, recommendations, and management insights.

ArticAudit transformed a high-volume, paper-driven inspection process into a centralized digital quality management ecosystem now used by 500+ active users across Artistic Milliners and Denim Cone. More than 10,000 audits have been digitized, eliminating physical reporting while reducing report generation to under 30 seconds. The new workflow enabled teams to perform 100+ additional audits while reducing human error, lost records, and reporting delays. Management gained visibility across factories, brands, auditors, defects, and measurement trends through executive dashboards and AI-driven insights. What began as audit digitization evolved into purpose-built fashion tech software supporting data-driven quality management at enterprise scale.
