FindHer is a purpose-built on-demand services marketplace created to digitize an underserved segment of Pakistan’s skilled workforce. The platform enabled women offering practical and labour-based skills to connect with customers, provide services on flexible or hourly terms, and create new sources of income. Infeniti designed and developed the complete digital product around safe interaction, accessible work opportunities, and structured service delivery. By bringing provider discovery, service requests, ordering, subscriptions, and communication into one platform, FindHer turned an informal services economy into a scalable digital marketplace.

Infeniti partnered with FindHer from idea to implementation, starting with early Figma prototypes and complete UI/UX design. We worked closely with the client to understand requirements while actively proposing better user journeys, interactions, and product ideas. Our product engineering team then transformed the validated experience into a two-sided marketplace with service discovery, ordering, subscriptions, and in-app communication. The platform was designed around FindHer’s subscription-based business model while remaining scalable for new services and providers. From product thinking and bespoke UI/UX to custom software development and deployment, Infeniti owned the complete journey from concept to launch.
