We designed and developed Zehenify, a comprehensive mental health practice management platform built to help psychologists, therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals streamline their day-to-day operations. The platform brings client management, appointment scheduling, SMS reminders, telehealth, secure clinician-client messaging, customizable assessments, and client progress analytics into one centralized system. We delivered a secure, user-focused digital experience that helps practices reduce paperwork, improve client engagement, and manage patient information more efficiently. The platform also includes a dedicated client portal, enabling clients to manage appointments and access relevant resources. With a scalable architecture and intuitive workflows, Zehenify provides a modern foundation for digital mental health practice management.

We approached Zehenify as a full-scale digital practice management platform, focusing on simplifying the everyday workflows of mental health professionals. Using Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Firebase, and Google Cloud, we built a scalable foundation with intuitive workflows for both clinicians and their clients. The platform also integrates Google Meet to support seamless virtual consultations and provides a dedicated client portal for improved engagement and accessibility.
